At Roger & Peach we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer hassle-free return and exchange options below.

FULL PRICED CLOTHING, HOMEWARES & ACCESSORY ITEMS

We understand that sometimes the item that you’ve purchased may not have been quite right or you simply may not like it. If this is the case we are more than happy to refund or exchange your purchase or provide you with a credit note for our online store provided that you contact us within 14 days of receipt of your purchase at shop@rogerandpeach.com.au. For all change of mind exchanges & returns the buyer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs.

Returns Eligibility:

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with tags, cards and packaging intact.
• Returns & Exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date.

PLEASE NOTE: Unfortunately due to health and safety reasons we are unable to provide returns or exchanges for any of our earring products unless the item is damaged or faulty.

All Sale item are final and can not be exchanged or refunded unless the item is damaged or faulty. 

PLEASE NOTE: Seconds are just that and come as it. Any Faults, or flaws will be listed in the listing and buyer buys at their own risk.
